My name is Hta.. the H is silent but please call me Zen. I've been in the industry since 2018. My favorite services to do on guests are colors , extensions and makeup. CANCELLATION POLICY
Our stylists’ time is valuable, just like yours. I ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying me of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred: 24 hours or more in advance—no fee Less than 24 hours in advance—50% of the cost of services booked No-shows—100% of the cost of services booked.
